Scott Sparrow is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical analysis and infrastructure support. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Analyst at Bluesource since October 2016, Scott provides high-level support for Enterprise Vault, MS Exchange, and MS Server within the Service Management Centre team.
