BlueSpruce offers training and change management strategies for both individual and organizational change across a variety of industries.

We understand organizations undergoing change run the risk of experiencing negative costs when change is managed poorly. Costs vary from losing valuable employees, to creating an adverse work environment, or a decline in productivity. Poorly managed change can extend it’s reach beyond the core business functions in to suppliers, customers, and ultimately brand reputation.

The reality is, we are in a time where business is changing faster than ever. We are adapting to new circumstances, technology, and demands on our business. Our employees are in a position of learning as they work, daily. They are being asked more and more to learn new ways of working, to adopt new technology, and stay productive as our organizations stretch and grow.

Ultimately, change management and training effectively enable employees to meet the demands of the business, increases the success of senior leaders as sponsors of change, and assists projects in delivering their intended results.

At BlueSpruce Solutions, our goal is for you to meet the objectives of your project, staying on schedule and on budget. Through an empathy based model, we develop change management and training strategies that engage, support, and motivate adoption and readiness, empowering your employees to adopt change in a healthy way.

Managing the people side of change is challenging and critical to the success of your project. We want to work in lockstep with you to achieve success and avoid the costs of poorly managed change.
