Elif Bell

Elif Bell is a seasoned professional with significant experience in leadership roles within the software and IT industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Bluestar Software Ltd since November 2024, Elif previously held the position of CONNECT Delivery Director at NEC Software Solutions, where responsibilities included client-facing leadership and management of diverse teams. Prior to that, Elif was the CONNECT Head of Delivery at Northgate Public Services, overseeing the delivery of the Athena programme, a transformative IT initiative for police operations. Elif's career also includes roles as Head of Development and Implementation & Consultancy Team Manager at Northgate Information Solutions, Strategic Analyst and Programme/Project Manager at Capital One, Project Manager at Computacenter, and MIS Manager at GTECH. Elif holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Middle East Technical University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Bradford School of Management.
