Martyn McCarthy

Martyn McCarthy is the Managing Partner at Arrow Capital Partners, actively involved in real estate investment, development, and lending in Europe and Asia Pacific since 2015. Prior to this, Martyn was the Owner and Executive Chairman of Valad Europe, where they oversaw $7 billion in commercial investments across 13 countries and sold the company for $200 million in 2015. Martyn has also held various roles in real estate and finance, including business development and asset management at GE Capital and leadership positions at Bluestone Home Loans and Valad Property Group. Educated with a Bachelor of Business in Land Economics from Western Sydney University, Martyn served as a Foundation Council Member at the same institution from 2017 to 2023.
