Prior to this, Seth held a Technician position at Fiberspec from 1900 to 1910. Educational credentials include attendance at Temple University from 1987 to 1989 and Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania from 1983 to 1985.

(the oldest Electrical Contractor in the United States) to provide diversified Telecommunications Installation and Maintenance services.
