Bluestone HR provides hands-on HR support to small charities and businesses across the UK. Founded in 2020, we work with organisations that don't have their own HR team and need someone they can actually pick up the phone to.

We help with the full range of people issues, from grievances and disciplinaries to contracts, policies, recruitment and redundancy. Whether you need occasional support or a fully outsourced HR function, we work flexibly around you with no long-term contracts because we'd rather you stay because you want to.

Our clients tell us the difference is the personal service. You get a named consultant who understands your organisation, not a helpline.
