Based in Melbourne and Sydney, Bluestone is a specialist white collar recruitment agency for Victoria and New South Wales' property and construction industry.

When a business hires a candidate with the right skills, expertise, and values, it can have an enormous impact––and we understand the significance of getting this right. Led by an experienced team of former industry professionals, Bluestone takes a long-term approach to matching the right candidate, ensuring strong foundations for longevity.

Our relationships are built through authenticity, honesty and trust. By investing time into understanding our clients' specific needs and gaining a deep insight into each candidate’s skillset, motivations and priorities, we’re able to foster aligned partnerships that deliver long-term value for businesses.

With credentials in development, construction and project management, our team has a deep understanding of the property and construction sector and its changing needs. This, along with our broad networks and years of hands-on experience sets us apart, helping to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes for businesses working across the built environment.
