Jayson Bashforth

Jayson Bashforth is an experienced revenue operations leader currently serving as VP of Revenue Operations at Bluevine since May 2022. Previously, Jayson worked in various roles at Bird, including Sr. Director and Director of Revenue Operations, and served as an advisor. Jayson has extensive expertise in sales operations, having developed strategies to support organizations with over 100 sales personnel, driving revenue to exceed $100 million, and optimizing Salesforce processes. Prior experience includes significant roles at PatientPop Inc., Netwrix Corporation, and Connectifier, where Jayson focused on improving customer success and operational efficiency. Jayson also has entrepreneurial experience as Owner and Director of Sales & Operations at Stratus Building Solutions, where new territories were developed, and annual revenues reached $4 million. Early career experiences include community development with the Peace Corps and roles in sales planning and administrative support. Jayson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA.
