Joseph Hawks

Joseph Hawks is a seasoned Process Engineer II at Bluevine, with experience in optimizing business processes through collaboration with cross-functional teams, enhancing customer experiences via system automation. In addition to roles at Bluevine, Joseph owns and operates Glass Root Records, overseeing all aspects of audio production, while previously serving as a Website Admin and CX Analyst at UHEAA, where responsibilities included website management and training course facilitation. Joseph has a strong background in hospitality management as the General Manager of Hotel Moab Downtown, leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Education includes a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Utah State University, alongside an Associate’s degree from Weber State University.
