Matthew Shaw

Matthew Shaw is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Bluevine since February 2022. As a Charter Member of TechGC since November 2020, Matthew engages with peers to share insights and support within the legal community. Prior experience includes General Counsel roles at eOriginal from 2018 to January 2022, where Matthew was instrumental in guiding the company through its acquisition by Wolters Kluwer, and at WoT.io within InterDigital from 2014 to 2015, focusing on IoT and big data issues. Matthew also held significant positions at InterDigital, TheStreet, Time Warner Cable, and major law firms, addressing a range of corporate and transactional legal matters. Academic credentials include a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
