Michael Morris has over 20 years of experience in marketing, product development, and customer success. Michael began their career in 1998 as a Junior Art Director for Lewis Clark-Advertising Design, where they worked on large-scale catalogs, direct mail, packaging, and point of purchase projects. In 2001, they became a Senior Art Director for ROSEN, Inc., where they led the creative production of integrated campaigns across direct mail, print ad, email, DRTV, and web channels. In 2006, they began freelancing as a Copywriter and Designer for Modest Portfolio. From 2007 to 2017, they worked for Ergotron, first as a Creative Director and then as a Director of Brand Marketing. In this role, they transformed Ergotron's brand and fostered a culture of design thinking, close collaboration, and mutual accountability across Executive, Sales, Product Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Marketing Manager and Product Owner for Selectron Technologies, Inc., where they doubled community adoption rates, codified tribal knowledge, and developed and implemented a two-year product roadmap. In 2021, they began working as an Implementation & Customer Success Manager for BlueVolt, where they have sped time-to-value for over 50 clients, modeled effective front line problem-solving, and guided clients through a 10-week program.

Michael Morris obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Harding University. Michael also holds an Implementation Ready certification from BlueVolt, which was obtained in May 2022.
