Founded by Kaleb Davoud and Jackson Toler, Bluewater Dock Services was established in response to the growing need for effective safety measures in waterfront settings. As lifelong enthusiasts of lake and river recreation, we recognized the hidden dangers that exist in water environments—specifically, the risk of Electric Shock Drowning (ESD) and other electrical hazards that can pose life-threatening dangers to those enjoying time near or on the water.
