Catherine Leon has extensive experience in the field of learning systems and talent technology. Catherine is currently working as a Functional Consultant at Bluewater - Transforming Learning and Talent Technology since October 2022. Prior to this, Catherine worked at St. Luke's Health System for over 15 years, starting in January 2007. In their role as a LEARNING SYSTEMS ANALYST 3, they played a crucial role in maintaining system configuration strategies, developing solutions, and ensuring data integrity.
Catherine Leon completed their education at Boise State University, where they obtained a degree in General Health Sciences in 2014. Catherine has since acquired various additional certifications, including Cornerstone Core CSX Specialist, EdCast CSX/SBX Connector Certified, Cornerstone Compensation CSX Specialist, Cornerstone Learning CSX Expert, and Cornerstone Learning CSX Specialist, all obtained between December 2022 and April 2023 from Cornerstone OnDemand and EdCast Integration Basics from Cornerstone OnDemand in January 2023.
