Tim Carlsson

Tim Carlsson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Tim started their career at Great Southern Life, where they served as a Sr. Team Lead from April 1987 to June 1990. Tim then joined Southwestern Life as a Manager from June 1990 to February 1993. Tim subsequently worked at Ernst & Young Management Consulting as a Manager from 1993 to 1999.

In 1999, Tim joined Intellinex as the Director of Solution Management Services, a role they held until 2006. Tim then joined ACS, A Xerox Company as the Sr. Director of Customer Development, where they worked from 2006 to 2012.

From 2012 to 2014, Tim served as the Sr. Director of Technology Enablement at Xerox. Following this, they joined Bluewater - Transforming Learning and Talent, where they have had a series of leadership roles. Tim started as the Vice President of Operations in 2014 and later became the Vice President of Consulting from 2015 to 2017. Tim then served as the Vice President of Partner and Product Management from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Tim held the position of President of Bluewater HCM. Tim then became the Chief Client Officer in 2020 and currently holds the role of President, leading the consulting efforts for learning and talent management at Bluewater.

Tim Carlsson attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1984 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing. Tim then pursued further education at the University of North Texas from 1989 to 1992, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance.
