At Mayfair Farm, Lee worked in the kitchen and server team, efficiently preparing up to 250 cakes daily. As a farm assistant at Blackfire Farm, Lee participated in essential agricultural tasks. Currently, Lee is a site acquisition co-op at BlueWave, focusing on photovoltaic and battery energy storage projects.
