Val Milshtein is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in various executive roles within the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as Chief Information Officer at Bluewave Technology Group and an Independent Board Member at CodeBoxx, Val also operates as Founder and Managing Principal at Univerge Solutions, LLC. Previous significant positions include Chief Technology Officer at STACK INFRASTRUCTURE, CIO and SVP of Network Services at Cologix, Inc., and Sr. Director of Product Development at Level 3 Communications, Inc. Notably, Val played a key role in Cologix's growth from startup through numerous acquisitions and expansions, and successfully led a major technology migration initiative during a corporate spin-off at Genuity Solutions, Inc.
