Jonathan E.

Jonathan E. is a skilled software engineer with experience in developing software solutions for both contact centers and workforce optimization. Jonathan worked at NICE Ltd from December 2019 to July 2021, focusing on SAAS development for the CXone call recording product, utilizing Java and Node.js, and participating in code reviews. Additionally, Jonathan contributed to developing desktop applications with C# and the .NET framework. In August 2022, Jonathan served as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Bluewhite, managing a cross-functional team, and oversaw the migration to a cloud-native platform on AWS using Kubernetes and Docker, while also designing a backend farm management service.
