Joseph Bazbaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales effectiveness, change management, and sales enablement. As the Director of Sales Effectiveness at BlueYonder since December 2024, Joseph leverages a strong foundation established through the founding of The Bazbaz Blueprint For Winning@Work in January 2013, which focuses on transforming sales reps into high performers and optimizing behaviors for sustainable success.
