Bluff Personnel provides applicants for both temporary and permanent positions at all levels, across various industries, in all work categories. 

All our applicants for both temporary and permanent positions are interviewed, references are checked and where applicable, skills are tested before submission to our clients.

Temporary Staff (“Temps”)
Our Temporary Division offers high calibre “temps” at all levels in all disciplines for long or short-term assignments.
We comply with all the relevant legislation such as the Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, POPI and PAIA.
Temporary staff are paid by us and receive all the legislated benefits such as paid leave and paid public holidays.

Permanent Staff
Applicants for permanent positions are recruited and selected based on client requirements. Should we not have suitable candidates registered with ourselves we will advertise accordingly at our expense. The client’s
identity is not revealed to any applicant or third party until an interview is requested by the Client with a specific applicant. Our clients and applicants can thus be sure of total confidentiality at all times.
