Kenneth S. Rose

Kenneth Rose is a board member of Blu Digital Group. He is a partner in the Corporate and Securities Department at Kurzman Eisenberg Corbin & Lever, LLP. His practice focuses on complex corporate and securities transactions. Throughout his career Mr. Rose has represented companies at all stages of their life cycle, from start-up initiatives to New York Stock Exchange listed companies, both domestic and international, often as outside general counsel advising on all aspects of business, legal and corporate governance matters.
