BUSINESS INVESTING:

Bluhaus Small Business Fund, L.P., is a Small Business Investment Company (“SBIC”) established to make debt and equity investments in businesses operating predominantly in Puerto Rico.

The Fund provides flexible capital, which is not readily available in the market, to local businesses that are looking to expand, consolidate and/or are undergoing a change of control.

Target Companies:  $500,000 to $10 million in EBITDA

Target Investment Size:  $1 million to $20 million

ADVISORY SERVICES:

We provide advice to selected clients requiring comprehensive financial solutions and / or facing challenging special situations such as merger and acquisitions, balance sheet restructuring, capital raising, a need to structure a complex financing alternative, or require assistance in financial policy development & implementation.
