Brian O'Connor

Brian O'Connor started their work experience in 2008 as a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative (Co-op) at Entrust. In this role, they independently created a user-friendly Java application for unpacking and unwrapping PKCS7 and S/MIME encoded files. Brian conducted extensive testing and provided troubleshooting and technical support for the software.
