Ali Dakroub

Ali Dakroub has a diverse work experience in the technical support field. Ali started their career in 2015 as a Technical Support Engineer at Vanrise Solutions. Ali worked in this role for three years, until September 2018.

In October 2018, Ali joined blu AI™ as a Technical Support Specialist. Ali provided technical support to customers in this role until December 2020. Ali then progressed to become a Technical Support Team Lead at blu AI™ from January 2021 to December 2022, where they supervised a team of support specialists.

Currently, Ali holds the position of Technical Support Senior Team Lead at blu AI™ starting from January 2023.

Ali Dakroub received their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut. Ali graduated from this program in the years 2010 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Ali obtained the CompTIA A+ certification from CompTIA in March 2018.
