Barbara Baier

Barbara Baier currently serves in Project Leadership and Inhouse Consulting at Blum Group, focusing on service processes in SAP C4C and campaign management since October 2020. Prior experiences include a parental leave period from May 2018 to September 2020, and a Group Leader role in Quality & Project Management at Bosch, where leadership of a seven-member team and strategic setup of the 48V domain were key responsibilities from November 2017 to April 2018. Baier's extensive background at Bosch also includes project leadership in the merger of two engineering units, organizational development, and change management. Earlier experience features roles as a BPM Consultant and Project Manager at Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Bayerns. Baier holds a Master of Science in International Management from the University of Augsburg and a Bachelor of Arts in Deutsch-Französische Studien from the University of Regensburg.
