Markus Wagner

Markus Wagner possesses over 25 years of extensive experience in quality assurance and management. Beginning with Huber Präzisionstechnik GmbH from February 2002 to August 2009, Markus held various roles including Leiter der Qualitätssicherung, Messtechniker (3D), and QA-Manager Rennsportkunden. Following this tenure, Markus worked at ALPLA Group as Leiter Qualitätssicherung for nearly a decade, overseeing operational quality assurance and managing a team of 12. Subsequently, Markus served as Head of Global Quality at Amann Girrbach, where responsibilities included product and process validations and driving Lean projects. Most recently, Markus has held leadership roles at ACLARIS GmbH and Blum Group, in addition to owning Menschen - Projekte - Prozesse, where the focus is on organizational consulting, Lean Management, and leadership development.
