René Toldbod

René Toldbod has extensive experience in various leadership roles spanning military service, consulting, and human resources. From 1989 to 1994, René served as a Sergeant and later as an Officer in the Royal Danish Army, where responsibilities included team leadership and training of servicemen. Subsequent positions include Chief Management Consultant and Senior Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval, and CHRO at OK a.m.b.a., where René focused on HR and communications. Additionally, René has been involved in board positions with CoastZone A/S, HR Solutions A/S, and Blume Support. Currently, René operates as a Partner at Boyden, delivering executive search and talent advisory services. René's education includes the Executive Management Programme from INSEAD in 2021.
