Allen Jackson has extensive experience in program operations and legal dispute resolution. Currently, Allen Jackson serves in Program Operations at International Relief and Development (IRD) since January 2008, overseeing quality assurance for over 150 projects across more than 40 countries aimed at aiding vulnerable populations. As the owner of Allen Jackson Esq. L.C. since 1996, Allen Jackson has also provided legal services. Prior experience includes serving as a Dispute Resolution Specialist and Attorney at the Federal Maritime Commission from October 1986 to March 2005, where responsibilities included resolving disputes and acting as a Settlement Officer in legal matters. Allen Jackson holds a PhD in Economics from George Mason University and a Master's degree in Economics from Virginia Tech.
