Mads Bøndergaard

Mads Bøndergaard is an accomplished fractional COO and strategy advisor, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Blunomy, where they focus on accelerating transitions to decarbonized business models. Mads previously held significant roles at Airbus, including Vice President of Digital Transformation and Head of Research & Technology Partnerships, and has extensive experience in investment banking and legal counsel. They also founded FSC Partners and serve as an Advisory Board Member at HAUSH, both of which concentrate on renewable fuel projects and energy transition. Mads completed their education at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2025.
