Peter Capuciati

As Chairman and CEO, Peter is responsible for the overall vision and business strategy of Bluon. Peter’s unique “bi-lingual” background, as a nuclear physicist who became one of the top commercial real estate deal architects in the country, gives him a truly unique perspective to fully understand both the technical and business sides of the company. He founded and spearheaded Savills Studley’s Corporate Services Group, a highly specialized team created to handle the most complex real estate transactions where they completed over $27 billion in transactions from 2000 - 2011. Subsequently, Peter co-founded Novus Via LP, a unique venture capital fund created to leverage empirically-based research focused on improving existing infrastructure with new innovative technological solutions. Bluon was Novus Via’s first investment in 2012. In 2016, Novus Via’s assets were re-structured into Bionatus, LLC as part of an asset sale transaction with Strathspey Crown Holdings, LLC. As part of the transaction, Peter became the managing member of Bionatus, LLC. Bionatus remains a capital and operating partner of Bluon. Peter took over as CEO of Bluon in July 2018 where he intends to stay to build the business over the coming years.
