We design for the renovation and rehabilitation of existing structures as well as design projects from the ground up. BluPath's professional services include architectural design, masterplanning, feasibility studies, space-planning, furniture services, interior design, construction documentation, construction administration, and custom furniture and lighting design.

Our clients are concentrated in three areas; university and non-profit, mission-driven institutions, and private residential clients. We have extensive experience working in Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., New York, and Providence, Rhode Island.

BluPath principal Laura Blau is a Certified Passive House (CPHC) Consultant and a Certified Passive House Builder (CPHB). The dual accreditation gives her the insight that enhances her design knowledge with constructability issues  She can execute the design or consult to developers, other architects, engineers and facility managers. PH is currently the most rigorous and cost effective science and climate-based standard for energy efficiency in buildings worldwide.  Whether your building is commercial, educational, multi-family, or residential projects PH strategies will slash the heating/ cooling consumption of your buildings by up to 90%.
