Scott Liddle is a founding partner at Blur Product Development, a creative design firm established in May 2015 that specializes in addressing complex problems through practical innovation in R&D, product development, prototyping, and commercialization. Prior to this role, Scott served as a senior R&D engineer at TearScience from May 2007 to May 2015, where contributions were made to the development of products aimed at diagnosing and treating Meibomian Gland Dysfunction, a significant cause of Dry Eye. Scott holds a BSE in Biomedical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Blur is an innovative design, engineering, and contract manufacturing firm focused on developing and manufacturing medical devices.
