Alexander Chavez

Alexander Chavez started their work experience in 2011 as a Research Assistant for the Department of Linguistics at UCLA. In 2014, they worked as an IT Specialist at Blur Studio and then as an IT Consultant at Nitta Casings Inc. Alexander returned to Blur Studio in 2015 and held various roles, including Junior Analyst, System Engineer, Senior System Engineer, and currently as a Senior Lead Infrastructure Engineer. In their positions at Blur Studio, Alexander provided technical support to different departments, configured systems, built automation tools, and led the transition of configuration management and workstation systems. Alexander also maintained and developed Linux-based infrastructure and services for the company.

Alexander Chavez completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Los Angeles, from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they obtained a certification as a SaltStack Certified Engineer from SaltStack in November 2019.
