Michael Penrod

Michael Penrod is an experienced professional in project and business systems management, currently serving as the Director of Business Systems and Director of Project Management at BLUROC since January 2020. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of Project Managers, managing approximately 250 projects annually, implementing evaluation systems for project risk identification, and representing the company in corporate ERP transition initiatives. Prior to BLUROC, Michael held the position of Field Engineer at Nine Energy Service, achieving high operational efficiency and implementing data capture processes, and served as Engineer In Charge and Field Engineer at Schlumberger, where responsibilities included managing personnel, conducting site audits, and developing engineering solutions. Michael earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in December 2012.
