Lesley Ma

Lesley Ma is a board member at BluSapphire and has previously worked for NSF International, Infinite Reality, and General Motors. Ma started their career in 1987 with the government of Ontario as an IT Strategy Manager and Chief of Staff to Asst. Deputy Minister. Lesley then transitioned to Ford Motor Company in 1998 where they became the Manager of Customer Information Systems. In 2006, Ma left Ford to join General Motors as their Global CIO for Cadillac. During their time at GM, they were responsible for leading Brand IT strategy, portfolio management and execution, innovation and support for Cadillac. In 2020, Ma joined BluSapphire as a board member.

Lesley Ma has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, an Advanced Leadership certificate from Executive Education / Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto. Lesley is also certified from Ontario Canada in P. Eng.
