Founder and Relationship Leader at Blustream

Robert Bean PE has worked in the engineering and software development industry since 1997. Robert began their career as President and CEO of CADKEY Corporation, where they grew the business from $2M to $7M. In 2002, they became a Consultant and Executive Vice President at Kubotek USA, where they created and executed business plans to leverage and enhance existing Kubotek technology in the nascent market segment of CAD validation and engineering change software. Robert also managed an efficient team of developers, sales personnel and support professionals. In 2012, they became a Consultant for CAD and Interoperability Clients, where they developed new product ideas, market research, competitive analysis and strategic business initiatives. That same year, they also founded Acoustic Stream. In 2013, they became an Advisor for OnShape Inc., and in 2015 they founded Blustream Corporation, a platform offering unprecedented product visibility and connection with the customer in the post-sale environment. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Director of Business Development for Kubotek3D.

Robert Bean PE obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 1978 and 1982. Robert then went on to receive their Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution between 1982 and 1985. Robert also holds a Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
