Tracy Lopez

Tracy Lopez has five years of professional experience. In 2019, they began working as a UX/Testing Lead at Blutag. Prior to that, they were an IP Paralegal at Myers Wolin, LLC and a Paralegal at NPZ Law Group, LLC. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Grupo SM as an In House Counsel, where they drafted and reviewed legal documents, such as licensing agreements with authors, illustrators, and publishers. Additionally, they were responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial agreements of sale, distribution, and service. From 2011 to 2018, they also worked at AIE Sociedad de Artistas Intérpretes o Ejecutantes de España as an Intellectual Property Attorney, where they provided legal support for the management and litigation of related rights. Tracy gained an understanding of reciprocal agreements with performing rights organizations to license works, collect fees and remit royalty payments. Additionally, they monitored changes to law affecting the company and advised management.

Tracy Lopez began their education in 2005 when they attended Universidad Pública de Navarra, where they earned a Doctor of Law - JD in 2010. From 2008 to 2009, they attended Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, where they earned a Giurisprudenza. In 2010, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they earned an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law. Currently, they are attending Bergen Community College, where they are working towards an ABA Certificate Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies.
