Larry Gloss

Larry Gloss is the current Executive Director, Global Public Sector at BluVector. Larry was previously with the company from May 2017 to December 2021, where they held the title of Executive Director, Global Public Sector. In this role, they were responsible for building, closing, and growing a global public sector pipeline for a cyber security start-up.

Since joining BluVector, Larry has been instrumental in developing the company's sales infrastructure and capturing 7 new logos across the global public sector space. Larry has defined, directed, and managed execution of sales policies and practices for BluVector's patented, artificial intelligence malware detection capability. In addition, they have led call plan development, defined value propositions, helped build battle cards, and captured Proofs of Value.

Larry is a passionate and energetic sales leader who regularly "carries a bag" himself and leads prospecting and lead generation for the entire global team. Under their direction, BluVector has become a leading provider of AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.

Larry Gloss attended the United States Naval Academy, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Math and Ops Research. Larry then attended the Naval Postgraduate School, where they earned a Dual MS in Space Systems and MA in National Security. Larry then attended George Mason University, where they earned an Engineer Degree in Information Technology. Finally, they attended the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center, where they earned a Certificate in Russian Language Studies.

Larry Gloss reports to Eric Malawer, Chief Executive Officer. Some of their coworkers include Jeff Oatess - Director of Engineering, Mark Longworth - Federal Technical Sales, and Debbie Morgan - Administrative Assistant.
