Philip Coppol

Philip Coppol is the Business Operations Manager at BluVector. Prior to joining BluVector, Philip was the Business Operations Lead at Quil Health from August 2018 to July 2019. Before that, they were with MissionStaff from March 2017 to July 2018 as the Comcast - Connected Health - Sr. Operations Analyst.

Philip has a wealth of experience in preparing, reviewing, and tracking legal agreements, NDAs, SOWs, and Change Orders. Philip is also experienced in liaising between Procurement and Legal with outside vendors for the distribution of executed agreements, invoices, purchase order assignments, and general inquiries.

In addition, Philip has experience in staff tracking of new, open, and filled positions which is reported to all levels of management including weekly metrics, pivot tables, and charts. Philip has also been involved in resume review and interviewing candidates for open roles. Furthermore, Philip has collaborated with management to create various job descriptions and rate justifications.

Some of Philip's other responsibilities have included assisting internal PMO with various projects, participating in strategic planning and budget meetings, and helping with budget creation and reporting. Philip has also created monthly partner updates of all external business partners and business development opportunities which are distributed to all levels of management throughout the Comcast Organization. Lastly, Philip has managed and updated trackers in Excel, Box, and JIRA as well as completing ad hoc reporting and projects.

Philip Coppol holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Wilmington University.
