Ingeborg Boswinkel

Ingeborg (Ibo) Boswinkel is the Chief Heart Officer at Blyce and an Associate Director at BearingPoint Caribbean, where they contribute to management consulting and IT services. They previously worked as a Manager Consulting at KPMG Curacao and as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Suriname. Ingeborg also held part-time lecturer positions in Consulting Skills and Human Resource Management at universities in the Netherlands Antilles and Suriname. In addition to their leadership roles, they authored the book *De lessen van mijn vrouwenhart* and have an MBA in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
