Treena Murphy

Treena Murphy is a CIPD qualified HR professional with extensive experience in managing complex HR issues across various organizations. They have held roles at notable institutions, including serving as a Senior Human Resources Adviser at Harrow Council from 2002 to 2015, where they provided support to approximately 600 staff and handled high-volume complex cases. Treena was Head of Human Resources at Quantum Care from 2023 to 2025 before becoming the Head of People at B&M Care in 2025.
