Jon Trubshaw

Jon Trubshaw has extensive experience in retail operations, currently serving as a Regional Operations Manager at B&M Retail since May 1998, overseeing 9 Area Managers and 142 stores across several regions. In addition, Jon holds the position of Area Sales Manager at Iceland Foods since June 2020. Prior experience includes a role as Regional Manager at Lidl UK from September 1995 to April 1998, where responsibilities included opening new stores and managing KPIs across 8 Area Managers. Jon also worked as Store Manager at Aldi UK, beginning in July 1990, after receiving training in Germany. Prior to current roles, Jon was a Regional Manager at Poundstretcher Ltd. from October 2018 to June 2020.
