Adam Weight has a diverse work experience in the banking and fintech industry. Adam is currently the President and CEO of BMA Banking Systems, where they are responsible for delivering core banking technologies and guiding digital transformation. Prior to this, Adam worked at MX as the Client Success - Manager, Channel Partners Team, where they led a team responsible for retention, renewal, and growth of channel partners and their client institutions. Adam also served as a Client Strategy Consultant at MX, managing implementation and relationships with large channel partner accounts. Before joining MX, Adam worked at NCR Corporation as a Relationship Manager, where they managed bank and credit union accounts and achieved various awards for meeting renewal and sales goals. Adam also has experience at Rock Canyon Bank as the Senior Vice President, Technology and eServices, and at Western Community Bank as a Senior Vice President and VP of Technology & Marketing. Adam started their career at Western Community Bank as a teller and worked their way up through various roles including Systems Administrator, Loan Officer, Collections Officer. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated expertise in technology, management, and customer service in the banking industry.
Adam Weight obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. Adam then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2010 to 2012.
