Amogh Matt

Amogh Matt is an experienced engineering manager and product owner currently working at BMAT Music Innovators since September 2018, where responsibilities include developing a centralized application for audio fingerprint-based music recognition and aiding in the creation of cue-sheets and music reports. Previously, Amogh served as a research technician at Chirp, applying academic research in sound and music computing to enhance digital signal processing metrics, and collaborated on master’s projects. Earlier work includes various roles at SapientNitro, including senior infrastructure analyst, where Amogh built an infrastructure configuration management tool and redesigned automation processes, alongside experience as a lead guitarist for 1Fret Away. Amogh holds a Master of Science in Sound and Music Computing from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from PES Institute of Technology.
