Daniel Dias

Daniel Dias is a Senior Lecturer in Analytical Biochemistry and Food Science, currently teaching at Deakin University and RMIT University. They have served as Editor in Chief for Plant Methods since 2023 and held the position of Senior Lecturer at RMIT University from 2020 to 2023. Previously, they were a Research Fellow at Metabolomics Australia, The University of Melbourne, and conducted research at the University of Melbourne's Department of Chemistry. Daniel holds a PhD in Chemistry from RMIT University, along with a Graduate Certificate in University Teaching from the University of Melbourne.
