Serdar Akça

Serdar Akça, PhD, is currently the Engine Design & Development Director at BMC Power. Previously, they held notable positions including Engine Development Manager at TUMOSAN Engine and Tractor Co. and Engine Design Verification Team Supervisor at Ford Otosan, where they managed prototype engine builds and durability tests. Serdar also worked as a Project Engineer at ASES Havacılık Servis ve Destek Hizm. A.Ş., focusing on marketing solid/liquid separation process units. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University, following a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
