Andrika P. is a SHRM Certified Professional currently driving global employee engagement and organizational culture at BMC Software. They lead initiatives supporting 10 global Employee Resource Groups and coordinate the International Day of Service, engaging over 6,000 employees in community volunteerism. With a strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility and inclusivity, Andrika has crafted programs like the BEID Learning Pathway and contributes to various volunteer efforts, including the Surfrider Foundation. Previously, Andrika has held roles in outreach, talent management, and sales across multiple organizations. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and have earned an Associate of Arts from Western Oklahoma State College.
