Brandon Mark is an experienced tax professional with a comprehensive background in tax compliance and provisions. Brandon served as Tax Director at LivaNova from December 2011 to November 2017, overseeing all aspects of federal, state, and international tax compliance, as well as the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740.
