Carly Field

Carly Field is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a robust background in driving global recruitment strategies across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HRIS, and AskHR at BMC Software since June 2015, Carly has held multiple leadership roles within the company, including Area Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition and Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition. Prior to BMC Software, Carly's career included positions at Citrix as Head of EMEA Talent Acquisition and at Cable and Wireless Worldwide as Senior Talent Manager, overseeing worldwide commercial recruitment. Additional experience includes leading a resourcing team at SSC - Research Councils and running New Horizons Recruitment. Carly holds a degree from the University of Worcester.
