Darcy Walker is the Chief Labor & Employment Counsel at BMC Software, where they advise on various aspects of enterprise operations and contribute to the Senior Leadership Team. With a strong background as an Associate Attorney at Alaniz & Schraeder, Darcy represented clients in employment matters and conducted training sessions on employment law. Prior to that, as an Assistant District Attorney, they negotiated criminal cases and chaired numerous jury trials. Currently, Darcy is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the University of Southern California and a Doctor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center.
