James Lai is a Senior Principal Solution Engineer with extensive experience in technical sales, consulting, and software development focused on IT business solutions. Previously, James served as a Principal Consultant at CA, where they managed technical sales and project management for enterprise IT systems. In addition, James held the position of Executive Officer (Major) in the Cyber Security unit of the Maryland Defense Force, leading joint cyber initiatives. Currently, James works at BMC Software as a Principal Technical Account Manager and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from DePaul University while completing advanced security courses at Stanford University.
